Chad Samson
What’s up men, my name is Chad Samson and I’m the workout specialist for Build Muscles. I’ll occasionally write about nutrition or supplementation, but when it comes down to it, I’m all about putting in the work. Compound lifts, high intensity training, cardio protocols…this is my playground. Enjoy my articles and remember…GO BIG! I’ve been a personal trainer for three years, but I have such a passion for workout theory and technique that I’ve decided to spearhead this website and grab a group of great guys to put out info to all of my non-clients! I sincerely hope this site helps you on your quest to become an absolute beast.

Eric Wallace
I am the Build-Muscles.org supplement specialist. I have always been a bit fanatical about my diet and nutrition and I take and review a lot of supplements. I know how hard it can be to get good information about weight-gaining/muscle-building pills, so I make it my job to get the word out when I have experience with any particular supplement. I am currently aiming towards a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences.

Kevin Nguyen
I’m the Build-Muscles.org nutrition guru. I was a chubby kid in high school, and quickly realized that without proper nutrition my body was going no where. So while I do workout hard and supplement, nutrition has and anyways will be my prime focus. I find the entire realm of nutrition for building muscle extremely interesting, and I’m currently studying Exercise and Nutrition Science at university. Aside from this site, I’d love to be a personal nutrition consultant for many people who are in the situation I once was.
